Subscription Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) govern subscriptions purchased through MUVD ApS (“MUVD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Subscription Terms supplement MUVD’s Terms of Purchase, Privacy Policy, and other policies published on our webshop. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Purchase, these Subscription Terms shall prevail with respect to subscription-related matters.
By creating a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these Subscription Terms.
- Subscription Eligibility
Only nutritional products designated by MUVD are eligible for subscription purchase.
Skin care products and other excluded products may not be purchased through a subscription unless otherwise stated by MUVD.
Eligible nutritional products may be purchased as a subscription or added to an existing active subscription.
- Subscription Benefits
Upon creation of a subscription, the customer will immediately receive:
- A 10% discount on subscription products; and
- A 10% webshop discount on eligible products purchased through the webshop.
Following the second successful subscription payment, the discount level will increase to 15%.
Following the third successful subscription payment, the discount level will increase to 20%.
The achieved discount level will remain active as long as the subscription remains active and all subscription payments are successfully processed.
Subscription discounts and benefits are personal and may not be transferred to another customer account.
- Subscription Payments and Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
By creating a subscription, you authorize MUVD to charge your selected payment method for all future subscription renewals.
The applicable subscription payment will be charged automatically prior to each scheduled shipment.
Subscription orders will continue until cancelled in accordance with Section 7 of these Subscription Terms.
- Minimum Subscription Commitment
By creating a subscription, you agree to purchase and pay for a minimum of two subscription periods.
The initial subscription order constitutes the first subscription period.
The first renewal payment constitutes the second subscription period.
Cancellation is not available until both subscription periods have been completed, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
- Failed Payments
If a subscription renewal payment fails, is declined, or remains unpaid, MUVD may suspend the subscription until payment has been successfully completed.
MUVD reserves the right to remove or suspend any subscription-related discounts, benefits, or loyalty levels associated with the subscription until payment has been received.
Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of the subscription.
If a subscription is suspended, cancelled, or a renewal payment remains unpaid, any associated webshop discount and subscription benefits may be reduced, suspended, or removed. Any future reactivation of the subscription shall be governed by Section 8 of these Subscription Terms.
- Cancellation of Subscription
Following completion of the minimum subscription commitment described in Section 5, the subscription may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation may be completed through the customer account or by contacting MUVD Customer Support.
To prevent the next subscription renewal from being charged and shipped, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled payment has been processed.
If payment has already been processed or fulfillment of the next subscription order has commenced, that order cannot be cancelled and will be delivered as scheduled.
Upon cancellation of the subscription, all subscription-related discounts and benefits, including any webshop-wide discount associated with the subscription, will be removed.
- Reactivation of Subscription
If a subscription is cancelled and subsequently reactivated, the subscription will be treated as a new subscription unless otherwise determined by MUVD.
Any previously earned subscription benefits, discount levels, loyalty levels, or other subscription-related advantages will not be retained following cancellation.
Upon reactivation, the subscription will restart at the initial subscription level, including the applicable introductory discount available at the time of reactivation.
Customers must again fulfill any applicable minimum subscription commitment associated with the subscription program in effect at the time of reactivation.
- Changes to Subscription Products
Customers may modify their subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal date.
Subject to product availability, customers may:
- Add eligible nutritional products to an active subscription;
- Remove eligible nutritional products from a subscription;
- Change between available products, flavours, sizes, or variants; and
- Adjust subscription quantities.
Changes submitted after payment processing or fulfillment has commenced may not take effect until the following subscription period.
- Product Availability
All subscription products are subject to availability.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, MUVD may delay shipment, offer a comparable alternative product, or contact the customer regarding available options.
MUVD does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific product, flavour, size, or variant.
- Price Changes
MUVD reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time.
Customers will be informed of any material price changes before such changes take effect.
Continued use of the subscription following notification of a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
- Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal described in MUVD’s Terms of Purchase also applies to subscription purchases where required by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal applies to the initial subscription purchase only and does not automatically apply to subsequent subscription renewals once the subscription relationship has been established.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
- Termination by MUVD
MUVD reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription where:
- Subscription payments repeatedly fail;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- These Subscription Terms or MUVD’s Terms of Purchase are breached; or
- Continued operation of the subscription becomes impossible due to legal, operational, or commercial reasons.
- Amendments to Subscription Terms
MUVD reserves the right to amend these Subscription Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on the webshop.
Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated before such changes take effect.
