Terms of Purchase
- General Terms
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms of trade in effect at the time. MUVD reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. We assume no responsibility for the content of external links not operated by MUVD.
- Products and Pricing
On https://shop.muvd.com, we offer a selection of products with accompanying descriptions, prices, and specifications. We strive to ensure that all information is accurate but reserve the right to make changes without notice.
In cases of obvious and recognizable pricing errors, we are not obliged to complete the sale at the incorrect price. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant, unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, currency fluctuations, or legislative changes.
- Availability and Delivery
All orders are subject to stock availability. We deliver throughout Europe. Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, and express delivery takes 1–2 business days, depending on the delivery address. Stated delivery times are indicative.
Free shipping is offered on orders over €86 (excl. VAT).
Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee of up to €6 (excl. VAT).
MUVD is not liable for delivery delays.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items first and send the remaining ones as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or sold-out products.
- Payment
Payment is processed securely via our webshop at https://shop.muvd.com. Transactions are handled through Stripe, and you may use the payment methods available on the site. All payments are encrypted and secure.
- Terms for Discount Codes
MUVD may occasionally issue discount codes as part of promotions or special offers. The use of such codes is subject to the following conditions:
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or codes unless explicitly stated.
- A discount code is personal and may not be shared or published without our permission.
- Codes are only valid during the specified campaign period.
- Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- MUVD reserves the right to cancel an order if a code has been used in violation of these conditions.
- Right of Complaint
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food or dietary supplements. However, we offer free exchanges of non-food products (e.g., for a different size or color). Please email us at support@muvd.com, and we will assist you.
When purchasing from https://shop.muvd.com, you are entitled to a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. To process your complaint, the following conditions must be met:
- The defect must have been present upon receipt and not caused by misuse or wear and tear.
- The complaint must be submitted within a reasonable time (no later than 2 months) after the defect is discovered (§81 of the Sale of Goods Act).
- Obvious signs of wear or improper use contrary to the instructions void the right of complaint.
- Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from https://shop.muvd.com, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the product by emailing support@muvd.com. Your message must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may choose to use the standard withdrawal form (not mandatory), which can be found on the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s website.
- Return and Exchange Policy
At MUVD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We therefore offer a simple and transparent return process for non-food products.
Returns (without exchange):
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Include your order number and contact details.
- The customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please contact our customer support on: support@muvd.com, and they will further assist you with your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and assess the returned item, we will refund the amount paid, including delivery costs (excluding additional charges for non-standard delivery). Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Unclaimed Packages
Packages not collected within the stated period (usually 14 days) will be returned to MUVD. We reserve the right to charge a fee of €15 (excl. VAT) for shipping and return.
- Liability
MUVD disclaims liability for damage or loss resulting from improper use of the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the products in accordance with the provided instructions.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policy for more details.
- Amendments to Terms
MUVD reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The latest version is always available on https://shop.muvd.com.
